As suggested above, our GLM-Omega 3-Plus formula is an all-natural product and should be safe to take with most other pharmaceutical medications. However, as with all medications you should discuss taking this supplement with your physician. We recommend leaving a 3–4 hour gap between taking any prescription medications and taking your supplementation.
I am allergic to shellfish. Will GLM-Omega 3-Plus adversely affect my allergy?
GLM-Omega 3-Plus will unfortunately not be suitable for you as it contains green lipped mussel extract.
I am taking other nutritional supplements and natural medications. is this ok?
There is generally no problem with taking additional supplements or remedies from other suppliers, although it is usually unnecessary as Xtend-Life have put together protocols to cover most peoples' needs. If you do take supplements, it is important to remember though that an excess of additional supplements or some ingredients can potentially cause serious detrimental effects to health. Xtend-Life product ranges are designed to be taken in combination, eliminating these risks.
What else can I do to help ease my joint pain?
There are many moderate weight-bearing exercises that can be undertaken to help strengthen the muscles, cartilage, tendons and ligaments around the joints and around the bones of the joints themselves to help prevent further damage. These should be undertaken with supervision from your GP or health advisor.
A generally healthy lifestyle is of course important alongside any supplement regime to strengthen your immune system, muscles and circulation. A healthy and balanced diet is of course also important.
